  Workflow automates your processes and people so things happen seamlessly and correctly every time.

  Imagine a simple workflow; requesting time off. A user clicks on a button marked Holiday and a form pops up asking her to fill in the dates she requires and the reasons for the absence. It shows the days that have already been taken or booked and how many are left based on the user's contract.

  On pressing the submit button, an email alert is sent to the user's manager inviting them to authorise the holiday, which, on completion updates the staff calendar and the HR department. In the meantime, another manager is sent an alert if holiday requests are outstanding for longer than three days and can view a report showing all requests and authorisations for all staff by department and month.
